Carol Ham currently works for the Iacocca Institute of Lehigh University. In this capacity, she provides support to the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program.  Carol supports the curricular and staffing functions, manages the consulting projects, oversees the Global Village events information system and recruits for the program.  Carol has 18+ years of training and development experience in both academic and corporate environments.
