Elizabeth (Beth) Simmons is the Director of Curriculum, Global Village Programs, formerly Managing Director for Iacocca Institute Professional Education at Lehigh University.  In her former role she developed training for professionals including open enrollment seminars; corporate customized training programs; international educational leadership programs called Global Village on the Move; and served as country panel director, coordinator and facilitator for Iacocca Institute’s Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry© program.  Beth completed a Lehigh University MBA in 2000, a University of Central Florida BA in Journalism, and a St. Petersburg College AA. Beth assumed the Director of Curriculum role beginning with the Global Village 2010 and has served as Iacocca Institute Managing Director of Professional Education since 2002. She formerly worked for The St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Film Commission; Able Medical Aids, Inc.; Universal Studios, Florida, and the Economic Development Commission of Mid-Florida.
