Since its founding in 1997, the Global Village has established many relationships with universities, businesses and community organizations both domestically and abroad. Many of these relationships have developed into recruiting and curricular partnerships. We continue to seek collaboration with individuals and groups representing these constituencies. Outlines below are some possible areas for collaboration with the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry®.
PARTNERING WITH THE BEST
Identify high potential young managers who would benefit from the Global Village 2010 experience
Co-sponsor GV scholarships in target countries, jointly selected
Come to Global Village as visiting executive, facilitator or panelist
Propose a company consulting project for a Global Village 2010 multicultural project team.
develop marketing plan and potential customer identification
evaluate current advertising and product material business plan for start-up
evaluate market entry into foreign markets
Host a site visit for Global Villagers at a local company
Mentor a Global Village project team
Host a Business to Business function with the Global Village
Attend Country Presentations
Sponsor Career Awareness Programs for high school students in specific disciplines such as engineering, chemistry, etc.
Managers participate in Professional Education programs and help define new programs for the Iacocca Institute
