
About the Program: Building on the topic and success of last Spring’s breakfast, this program is based on the core
concept of a leader’s ability to earn, maintain, and build upon commitment to organizational goals and
objectives. The model explored (Neilson’s Hierarchy of Commitment©) in this session demonstrates
how commitment, among all constituent groups, to business goals is continuously earned through
understanding and meeting the different levels of needs.
Neilson’s Hierarchy of Commitment© can be used as a construct through which a leader can evaluate situations, assess the impact on the respective constituent groups, and determine appropriate actions to rebuild or maintain their commitment to the business. This program will be highly interactive, and consequently, very valuable for small groups of people from the same organization.
