From a basis for understanding the ‘health' of a business, participants learn to analyze financial statements for their own company and competitively for their competitors, suppliers, and customers' companies as well. Attendees will learn how companies make decisions to invest in new equipment, new products and acquisitions; learn to identify areas to reduce costs and improve business efficiencies with limited capital investment; and finally, learn to communicate more effectively with finance managers and professionals in the budgeting and strategic planning process.
