Consistent with industry standards through the Project Management Institute, this program is presented in a clear, non-technical and easy-to-understand language.
Designed through the Iacocca Institute and instructed by world-class instructors Stan Portny and Penn Lemmonds, the program takes place on-site at Lehigh University allowing participants to interact, network and learn together.
Limited to 25 participants, sessions include lecture, group exercises, construction-related examples, and clear applications of tools and techniques based upon the Project Management Institute industry standards.
