Mastering the skills for consistent and accurate performance on construction projects has become an increasing priority by construction professionals and contractors.

Who Should Attend: This program is designed for individuals at all levels in the construction industry who require project management skills to be highly effective in their work.

Tools and technique-based, participants and their contractors will benefit from:

• Accurate planning (scheduling and duration estimates) and creating a road-map for steady project activity leading toward clear completion dates
• Creating clear expectations and accountability (working with sub-contractors and customers in a clear and consistent manner)
• Optimizing schedules for cost effective and accurate allocation of resources (who, when, what – and how much!)

Consistent with industry standards through the Project Management Institute, this program is presented in a clear, non-technical and easy-to-understand language.

Designed through the Iacocca Institute and instructed by world-class instructors Stan Portny and Penn Lemmonds, the program takes place on-site at Lehigh University allowing participants to interact, network and learn together.
