Leading Change Management in the Organization

The one constant in today’s world is change, yet many organizations and many people are resistant to it. Companies must be agile in challenging environments, embrace opportunities more readily, and react quickly to competitor movements. The ability of the organization to implement change effectively and efficiently is a key determining factor of corporate success and sustainability.

Building on proven techniques for creating a “change ready” culture in the corporation, this session explores the strategies for change, how to overcome resistance, and the critical role of company leadership in appropriate planning and preparation.
