Enhancing one's strategic skill set begins with identifying our own areas for improvement. Iacocca Institute Professional Education recognizes that this may be a challenge for individuals and is providing new skill measurement tools through the Assessment Center for Professional Development launching in the Fall of 2007. An assessment simulation tool and a 360 assessment tool will provide enrollees the means to shore up the current state of their strategic skills such as decision-making, team building, organization, communication and leadership initiative. This opportunity provides individuals and their colleagues the first steps to enhance their strategic skill set.

Once aware of skill deficiencies, professionals seek opportunities to train and educate themselves with the knowledge that will allow them to improve, enhance and grow in their careers. Iacocca Institute Professional Education has designed several open-enrollment seminars focused on skill enhancement that may be applied in follow up to our assessment center or simply on an ala carte basis. Our Fall 2007 seminar programs include: (click for complete article)
