Attendees develop new company and market awareness, explore potential barriers to growth, discover new opportunities for product and process innovation, and strategically align resources in a growth direction. The intent of the program is to accelerate the small to mid-sized manufacturer's ability to innovate and grow to their next level of performance through valuable, interactive learning sessions and networking opportunities with individuals from other manufacturing enterprises. Attendees include senior level management or CEOs desiring the skills and knowledge to advance their company's future. Fourteen sessions encompass topics such as leadership, external market intelligence, supply chain management, risk management, organizational culture, innovation, strategic direction, change management, and organizational development.
