The survey is based on the nine principles for organizational fitness and success found in Robert A. Rudzki’s new book “BEAT THE ODDS: Avoid Corporate Death & Build a Resilient Enterprise” (J. Ross Publishing, February ’07). The survey questions are a subset of the comprehensive diagnostic described in the book. You needn’t have read the book to participate.

As a show of gratitude for your participation, 10 randomly selected participants will receive their own copies of “BEAT THE ODDS,” hand-autographed by the author. Furthermore, one lucky survey participant will be selected to receive a full “Beat the Odds” corporate health assessment by Bob Rudzki for his or her organization.
