"INNOVATE TO SUCCEED"
Fall 2007 Leadership Breakfast Series

Thursday, October 11, 2007; 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

It is not surprising that smaller organizations are often more innovative than larger organizations, particularly those protecting market share for maturing products. However, larger businesses and non-profits can stimulate innovation in their environment. In this session, leadership styles and cultural values for the larger, sponsoring organizations and the entrepreneurial teams will be discussed. Our focus includes opportunities to eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy, stimulate innovation and succeed financially. Success must be commercially earned. Effective leadership and culture leverage the entrepreneurial skills and passion of your team.
