The one constant in today's world is change, yet many organizations and people are resistant to change. Companies must adapt quickly to changing conditions, opportunities and competitors. The ability of the organization to change effectively and quickly is a key determining factor of corporate success. Building on the prior work in driving corporate culture change, this session will deal with strategies for change, how to overcome resistance to change and the critical role of company leadership in planning and implementing appropriate change. We will look at the common reactions to change, how to motivate and reward your workforce and how to create a culture that is receptive to, and unafraid of, change.
