Todd Welch has devoted his professional career to exploring entrepreneurship
and supporting people who have the American dream of
entrepreneurship.
Todd is a co-founder with his brother Glen Welch and father Scott Welch of Charter Partners USA, Inc. founded in 1996.
Todd notes that his proudest professional
accomplishment is “helping our Members, who represent
the best of American family business owners, to create
an environment of mutual trust and respect where they
can work together and share knowledge.”
Todd devotes time to developing entrepreneurship education programs for high school students in northwestern New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. In 1993, Todd co-founded the “Wings” program to provide the students of Warren Hills Regional High School the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of business. Under his direction, a TV station, radio station, bistro, school store, and student newspaper have started as real businesses, with thousands of students participating over the years. In 2003, Todd founded the Charter Partners Institute, with the aim to expand this program into the region and further develop entrepreneurship education with the long-term goal of supporting the American family business.
Mr. Welch is a licensed helicopter pilot and a videographer. He enjoys
boating and hiking. He and his wife reside in Pennsylvania with their two sons.
