Stan has been president of Stanley E. Portny and Associates, LLC for the past 29 years. He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering summa cum laude from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and his M.S.E.E. and the degree of Electrical Engineer from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, he studied at the Alfred P. Sloan School of Management and the George Washington University National Law Center.
