David W. Olson is the President of Walton Consulting, Inc., a Management Consulting firm he found in 2001 committed to helping small companies between $5 million and $100 million grow healthy businesses by providing CEO Business Coaching.  Walton Consulting believes that to build a healthy company, the CEO needs to have the right game plan, the right leadership team, the right corporate culture, and the right accountability.  To assist in these areas, Walton offers CEO Coaching on Business Strategy, Leadership Recruiting, Corporate Culture, and Performance Psychology. 

Prior to starting Walton Consulting, David transitioned into the field of management consulting in 1998 by joining a boutique firm out of Princeton, NJ.  He has worked in over two dozen industries providing expertise as a business advisor in strategic planning, sales management, marketing strategy, executive recruiting, corporate culture, leadership team facilitation, compensation plan design, and general business management practices.  David was born and raised in the Bethlehem, PA and now resides in the Lehigh Valley, PA with his wife Michelle and daughter Jackie.  He has served on numerous boards and committees for both non-profit organizations and for-profit companies.
