
Ezquer-Matallana is the founder and Global Managing Director of Think Creative BizNets
(TCBNets), a business strategy consulting firm in the fields of strategy and organization,
with offices in Madrid, New York City and Mexico. His responsibilities in the firm range from
general management and the coordination of its 10 associate partners, to consulting in the
fields of strategy formulation, business model innovation and internationalization. He has led
projects in countries such as the US, Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, China, India, Italy, UAE
and Spain. In the academic arena he is Associate Professor at NYU Madrid Campus and until
2002 was the Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration at the Francisco de
Vitoria University. He has written a book on creativity and strategy “La Empresa Creativa”,
and the recently published “B2S” Big to Small, where he addresses how medium size
corporations can take advantage of large corporation best practices. He is a PhD candidate
in Business Administration at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds a degree in
strategy (EPGC) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a General Management
Program from IESE (Universidad de Navarra). An accomplished speaker, he often participates
in international seminars and conferences organized by prestigious business schools and
institutions like the Iacocca Institute.
