As co-founder of Connors Davis International , located in Connecticut , Maryland , and Ireland , Mary Connors has extensive international and domestic experience in organization and human development, strategic formulation, managing change and knowledge transference. The mission of Connors Davis is to partner with organizations and the individuals who comprise them, to assist them in leading and thriving in the change they create and which continuously recreates them.

The Practitioner Connection , a consulting service, aligns with organizational leadership and offers experienced managerial consulting and operational diagnostics.
The Team Institute assists organizations in the systems design and the subsequent curriculum development needed to create Team-Based Organizations. Evaluation, reformation and “doctoral services” are also supplied to teams experiencing difficulty.
The Executive Development Institute partners with organizations for the creation of learning systems and core curriculums for development of their associates. Curriculum content is as diversified as the following: leadership, strategic thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, project management, cultural diversity, customer satisfaction, and the personal skills of time and stress management.
The Executive Coaching Association provides one-on-one coaching for executives for the purpose of enabling individuals to improve their business effectiveness and long-term personal development with immediate problem solving results.
Ms. Connors' clients span the globe from Europe to Latin America to Asia and the Americas . Ms. Connors holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the State University of New York and Queens College and is presently completing her Doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems. She is on the faculty of the Presidents' Association of the American Management Association International and has participated in Harvard's Corporate Management Programs. She is a member of the Association of Management Consultants.
