Maxime is animated by a passion for performance. Whether it was during his 15 years of
canoeing that led him to the Olympic Games, or as a leader of CANU, Maxime’s objective
has always remained the same: human development with the goal of surpassing oneself.
Based on his rich repertoire of observations experienced and recorded as a member of teams composed of high-calibre individuals in both sports and business, Maxime is fascinated by the field of leadership. Maxime developed the CANU Model, a model available to all who are on the quest to achieve excellence as a team.
As a consultant, trainer or speaker, Max applies the same determination that rewarded him with a place on many podiums. He has served clients in the services and manufacturing sectors in both privately held and public companies. He has also provided his services to sports teams.
