Leadership Assessment

Program Overview: Each of us leads in one way or another.  Really great leaders possess a high degree of self-awareness.  They capitalize on their innate drive, talent and individual style in their personal and professional lives.   Great leaders know who they are, where they are going, how to get there, and are supported by engaged followers.

The electronic assessment tool will help you deepen your understanding of yourself – your motivations, abilities, and personality.  It also provides insight into desirable roles and preferred organizational environments where you will thrive as a leader.  This important information will assist you in choosing professional endeavors that will lead to long-term success and personal satisfaction.

Once you complete the assessment, you will receive automatic feedback.  In order to derive the greatest benefit of this feedback, you will participate in a two-hour coaching session that will enable you to:

• reflect on the applications posed throughout the report,
• share the information with a trusted family member or friend to gain additional insights,
• Develop an Action Plan that will drive your leadership development
• be prepared to continually assess your progress, and
• begin to utilize the language noted in the report to powerfully describe yourself to others as you fully connect with your unique value and strength.
