Carol S. Ham Carol Ham has been working at Lehigh University’s Iacocca Institute since 2005. As a member of the staff that manages the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program, Carol’s supports the curriculum team. Carol’s primary responsibility is to manage the business consulting projects. In addition to handling curricular and staffing aspects, Carol facilitates the evaluation process for all curricular components of the program. Beyond the Global Village program, Carol also supports the Office of International Affairs in special projects and has recently assumed additional responsibilities in the Study Abroad Office. Carol brings a great deal of experience to the Iacocca Institute. She received a BS in Business Education from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. She worked as a business teacher in a Pennsylvania public school, and also spent several years teaching professionals while employed at a management consulting firm. In this capacity, she taught a variety of courses on topics related to real industry issues including; project management, problem solving and decision making, performance management, and management of multiple priorities. Carol facilitated these workshops and provided consulting services in a variety of business environments within diverse industry groups. Carol constantly continues to grow as both an educator and a student. She is currently enrolled in a Lehigh University Masters Program to receive a MED in Globalization and Educational Change.
