Alicia Fowler Alicia Fowler has been a staff member of Lehigh University’s Iacocca Institute since November, 2006. As a Coordinator for the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry, Alicia is involved in countless aspects of the program in terms of both logistics and customer service. She provides support for international and domestic students attending the program as well as continued alumni networking through management and maintenance of the alumni database. She also coordinates committee meetings and conferences, manages logistics of registration and tuition, and processes detailed foreign student travel and visa documentation through communications with overseas offices of the United States Consular Services. Alicia was born and raised in Easton, Pa. In 2003, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa. Upon graduation, Alicia served as Interim Manager for a retail company. In this position she developed superior customer service skills, and spent most of her time traveling throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey training employees. After two years Alicia left the company to begin her career in international education at the Global Village. Alicia brings a great deal of passion to her work in Lehigh’s Office of International Affairs. Since coming to Lehigh University she has enrolled in a Masters program, and will receive a M. Ed. in Globalization and Educational Change in May 2010. With a concentration in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), Alicia plans to one day work with youth teaching English.
