Congratulations on your admission to the Global Village program. To begin preparing for your experience as a GV intern, please review the important information regarding travel, visa, housing and budgeting information.

Important Dates

Within 10 days of your selection

1. Return the Global Village Acceptance Agreement to Alicia via email at village@lehigh.edu
2. Email or fax a copy of your passport to Alicia

On or before April 15th

1. Make your first $2000.00 tuition deposit to hold your place in the Global Village (see tuition page for instructions)
2. Apply for your USA Visa after your $2,000 deposit is paid (receive fedex package from Alicia)
3. Update your personal profile.

On or before May 1st

1. Complete the Lehigh University Medical Form and return via email or fax to Alicia
2. Email a JPEG photograph of yourself via email to Alicia
3. Project Application Due

On or before May 15th

1. Course Information available
2. Begin to choose your courses
3. Complete your roommate request and special needs online
4. Intern Directory available

On or before June 1st

• Make your final tuition deposit on your account
• Provide Alicia with a copy of your health insurance policy.
• Guides/ Roommates Assigned

On or before June 15th

• Confirm travel arrangements and complete online travel information.
